1. The 14-Day Guarantee

We stand behind Snappy Cart. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. This applies to all license tiers β€” 1 Site, 5 Sites, 20 Sites, and Unlimited Sites, for both Annual and Lifetime plans.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. We aim to process all refund requests within 1–2 business days of approval.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You purchased a license for Snappy Cart directly from coderarestudio.com.
  • You made a duplicate purchase (same product purchased more than once by mistake) β€” eligible for a refund if reported within 14 days.
  • You were accidentally renewed on an Annual plan and did not intend to renew β€” eligible if reported within 14 days of the renewal charge.

3. Exceptions β€” Non-Refundable Cases

We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following situations:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date.
  • There is clear evidence of abuse or fraud β€” including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across multiple transactions or accounts.
  • Chargeback abuse β€” initiating a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Purchases of custom development or bespoke services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Dissatisfaction due to features not listed in the official product documentation at the time of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at refunds@coderarestudio.com with the following:

  • The email address used to place the order.
  • Your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve).

We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm or follow up on your request.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, UPI, etc.). Please note:

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank β€” typically 5–10 business days after approval.
  • We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
  • For Indian customers, any applicable GST collected at the time of purchase is governed by applicable tax regulations and may not be refundable in all cases.

6. License & Access After Refund

Upon processing a refund:

  • Your license key(s) will be deactivated and any active site activations will be revoked.
  • Access to premium plugin updates and priority support will be removed.
  • You will be expected to uninstall the plugin from your site(s) in accordance with our Terms of Service.
